At Printing on Sea, we strive to deliver your orders in a timely and efficient manner. We primarily use Royal Mail’s 2nd class delivery service for all shipments. While we aim to dispatch all orders within 28 days of the order date, please note that delivery times may vary depending on factors such as order volume and product availability. We will notify you if there are any delays in processing or dispatching your order.

  1. Mistakes by Printing on Sea: In the rare event that there is an error or mistake with your order due to Printing on Sea’s fault (e.g., incorrect printing, damaged items), we will gladly offer a refund or replacement. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to report any issues.

  2. Quality of Artwork Files: Printing on Sea is not liable for any refunds or returns if the print quality is compromised due to low-quality artwork files provided by the customer. We recommend submitting high-resolution PNG files or vector files such as EPS for the best printing results.

  3. Garment Condition: We do not offer refunds or returns for garments that have been worn, washed, altered, or clearly used. Please ensure that all items are in their original condition and packaging when requesting a refund or return.

  4. Customized Items: Due to the personalized nature of customized items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless there is a mistake on our part. Please double-check all details, including spelling and design, before placing your order.

  5. Cancellation Policy: Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, orders are considered final and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

  6. Refund Process: If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s). Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase.
